We act exclusively for you and do not share or earn fees from selling agents or any other brokers.
We require an initial engagement fee prior to the commencement of any search. This fee is deductible from the final success fee which is payable on settlement of sale.
We also offer an additional Auction Bidding Service for which we charge an attendance fee and a success fee.
